Sermon Title: I’m Hiding!
Preacher : Pastor Blessing Osaghae.
The process of birth and emerging, in both the human and animal kingdom respectively, is a process which is long, tiresome and genuinely quite uncomfortable. A baby eagle remains incubated by its mother for around 35 days, a lot longer than most common birds. The baby eagle is obliged to remain under its mother before it can hatch. Therefore, it is dark, stifling, and uncomfortable for the little eagle. The baby eagle is hidden from view, it cannot see what is out there in the world, it is forced to stay in a shell, oblivious to what is happening in the outside world. However, once that eagle hatches, it doesn’t fly. The eagle soars.
